If the New request or Continue with a human options aren't working for you on our help center, getting in touch via the Granola app is the best way to contact us, as we get some info about your app and account that can help us troubleshoot your issue.

Desktop (macOS or Windows)

Open the Settings window in Granola from the bottom-left menu, or with CMD-comma (macOS) or CTRL-comma (Windows), then go to Send feedback > Problem.

Tell us a bit of detail about what you're having issues with, and we'll respond to you via your Granola account email address.

iOS

Tap your profile picture in the top-right, then Report a bug. You can include app logs which can help us identify certain issues. This will open your email app with an email template to us - just fill out a bit more detail about the issue you're having and we'll get back to you via email.

Email

If you can't log into the app, email us at hey@granola.so. It's really useful if you contact us using the email address associated with your Granola account, and feel free to include any screenshots or screen recordings of the issue you're seeing.
