Updates to our Individual plan

We're phasing out the Granola Individual plan to simplify our pricing structure. This change benefits existing Individual plan users, as you'll be migrated to our Business plan , which offers the same features at $14/month vs the previous $18/month Individual plan.

We're therefore migrating all Individual plan users to our Business plan (with just one seat).

What this means for you

If you're currently on the Individual plan, you can continue using it until we migrate you to the Business plan. You'll receive an email notification before any changes are made to your account.

If you previously cancelled your Individual subscription, you won't be able to renew it. Instead, you can upgrade directly to the Business plan, which is cheaper and includes more features.

When will I be migrated?

We expect this migration to happen by the end of October 2025. We'll email you before your account is automatically migrated to the Business plan. This migration will happen in phases, and we'll ensure there's no disruption to your service.

Can I upgrade myself to Business now?

1. Go to Settings > Team & Billing

2. Under "Active plan," select the Business tier

3. Click "Upgrade" and complete the payment process
