Reinstalling Granola for macOS and Windows
Granola should stay up-to-date automatically, but this can be blocked by permissions restrictions on your computer if you're using a device that's managed by your company. Here's how to manually uninstall and reinstall Granola to get the latest version.
macOS
Uninstalling Granola
Open Finder and navigate to Applications.
Right-click on Granola and select Move to Bin.
In Finder, search for "Granola" and filter by "This Mac" and delete any other instances of the Granola app by moving them to the bin - in case you installed the Granola app in another location.
Go to the Bin, highlight all Granola files, and choose Delete Immediately.
If there's a Granola icon left in your dock, right-click it and select Unpin.
